OPEN ACCESSS POLICY
JUITA (Jurnal Ilmiah Tafsir Alkitab) provides immediate open access to all of its published content on the principle that making scholarly research freely available to the public supports the global exchange of knowledge and promotes wider dissemination of academic work in Biblical Studies.
All articles published in JUITA are freely accessible online without subscription, registration, or payment. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, provided that the original work is properly cited and used in accordance with the journal’s licensing terms.

JUITA applies the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) to all published articles. Under this license, authors and readers may share and adapt the material in any medium or format for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source of publication.
Copyright
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right of first publication. All published articles will clearly indicate the applicable copyright and licensing information.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
Beginning with Volume 3 Issue 1 April 2026, JUITA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts:
- IDR 200,000 for authors in Indonesia
- approximately USD 12 for international authors, subject to the prevailing exchange rate
The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. Submission and peer review are free of charge.
Reuse and Distribution
Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of published articles without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that the original source is properly acknowledged and the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license are followed.
JUITA does not impose any subscription fee on readers and does not restrict access to its published content. The journal is committed to enhancing the visibility, accessibility, and long-term discoverability of its scholarly publications through open access dissemination and good metadata practices.
