ARCHIVING POLICY

Journal of Spirituality and Practical Theology (JOSAPRAT) is committed to ensuring the long-term availability and accessibility of all published scholarly content. As part of this commitment, JOSAPRAT has implemented a digital archiving system in collaboration with the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN).

1. Digital Archiving System
JOSAPRAT utilizes PKP PN as its primary platform to safeguard the continuous availability of its journal content electronically. The PKP PN is a digital preservation network developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP), specifically designed to preserve journals using the Open Journal Systems (OJS).

2. Access and Content Preservation
All articles published by JOSAPRAT are automatically stored within the PKP PN system. This ensures that even in the event of technical disruptions, data loss, or operational issues affecting the journal's main website, users will still be able to access archived versions of each article through the PKP PN network.

3. Transparency and Information Disclosure
Information regarding JOSAPRAT's participation in PKP PN and its archiving status is openly accessible through the Publisher Manifest. This reflects JOSAPRAT's strong commitment to transparency and accountability in its journal management practices.

4. Benefits of Digital Archiving
Through this archiving policy, JOSAPRAT not only protects the integrity and continuity of its scholarly publications but also upholds the principle of sustainable open access. It provides assurance to authors and readers that the published scholarly work will remain accessible for future generations.
